Daniel Taborda’s conducting experience spans orchestral, wind ensemble, and chamber repertoire across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. His repertoire ranges from Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Márquez and Dvořák to premieres of his own works. He has led rehearsals and performances in educational, professional, and international contexts—most recently at the Sigmund Thorp Conducting Masterclass (Taiwan, 2025) and the Koutník Academy Masterclass in Mariánské Lázně, Czechia (2025)—and through postgraduate studies in Poland, with additional masterclass activity in Italy. He has worked with ensembles throughout Colombia, Taiwan, China, Czechia and the United States.
Known for a clear beat, elegant gestures and collaborative rehearsal style, Taborda balances classical masterworks with contemporary voices, shaping programs that foreground musical storytelling and audience connection.
